A: As a former Computer Technician for a Big box retailer I learned the tools of the trade to solve all your Computer needs! Rest assured that your technical needs will be addressed with the quality service you deserve.

Q: Will i have to disassemble my system?

A: No, we are mobile and come to you. If extensive repairs are needed we will transport the system to our shop and return it to you when the repairs are complete. When we return, your system will be tested, on site, to ensure repairs were completed.

Q: When do you offer appointments?

A: Day, evening, and weekend appointments are available.

Q: How much will it cost?

A: When you call, you will receive a quote to diagnose your system. No work will be performed without your approval, and the cost of the diagnostic will be applied to any cost of repairs! Expect no hidden costs!

Q: What services are included with your free diagnostic?

A: Our free diagnostic includes a complete hardware and software scan. Letting us know what the root of your problem is. At the end of our diagnostic with will go over the report and talk about the problems needing to be addressed.  As always these services are performed in your home/office and at no cost to you (anything outside of 20 miles will be charged a $15 trip fee).
